بشأن نتيجة التقييم النهائي لموقع «منتداك»​

السادة/ إدارة موقع منتداك المحترمين،

تحية طيبة وبعد،

بعد الانتهاء من أعمال المراجعة الفنية والتحريرية وإجراء التقييم النهائي للموقع، نود إشعاركم رسميًا بأن الموقع لم يجتز متطلبات الاختبار والتقييم النهائي في وضعه الحالي، وذلك نتيجة وجود عدد من الملاحظات المتعلقة بجودة المحتوى، وآلية النشر، وهيكلة الأقسام، إضافة إلى بعض الملاحظات الفنية والتصميمية الظاهرة للزوار.

وعليه، يتوجب على إدارة الموقع البدء فورًا في تنفيذ خطة تطوير وتصحيح شاملة، والالتزام بالمتطلبات التالية:

1. تطوير المحتوى ورفع مستوى جودته، مع التأكيد على أن يكون المحتوى أصليًا، مفيدًا، ومنتجًا خصيصًا للموقع.
2. منع النسخ أو الاقتباس غير المبرر من المواقع والمصادر الأخرى، وتجنب إعادة نشر المحتوى الخارجي بصورة لا تضيف قيمة حقيقية للمستخدم.
3. عدم استخدام الموقع للترويج أو التسويق المباشر لمواقع خارجية على حساب جودة المحتوى وتجربة المستخدم.
4. تعبئة وتطوير جميع أقسام الموقع وعدم ترك أقسام رئيسية فارغة أو ضعيفة المحتوى.
5. الالتزام بنشر ما لا يقل عن 20 مادة أو محتوى متنوعًا يوميًا لمدة 30 يومًا متتالية، على أن يتم توزيع المحتوى بصورة مناسبة على مختلف أقسام الموقع، مع مراعاة التنوع والجودة والفائدة للزوار.
6. إجراء مراجعة شاملة لتصميم الموقع والقالب (Style/Theme) والعمل على إصلاح جميع الأخطاء والملاحظات الظاهرة للمستخدمين، بما في ذلك مشاكل التنسيق، العرض، سهولة التصفح، توافق الصفحات، وتجربة الاستخدام على مختلف الأجهزة.
7. مراجعة الصفحات والأقسام الداخلية والتأكد من عدم وجود صفحات ناقصة، روابط غير فعالة، عناصر تصميم غير متناسقة، أو مشكلات تؤثر على تجربة الزائر.

وبناءً على نتيجة التقييم الحالية، سيتم تعليق الخدمات المرتبطة بـ Google وخدمات التطبيق بصورة مؤقتة إلى حين استكمال المتطلبات المطلوبة وإجراء مراجعة جديدة للموقع وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.

المهلة المحددة للتصحيح​

تُمنح إدارة الموقع مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام هذا الإشعار لاستكمال أعمال التطوير والتصحيح المطلوبة.

ويجب الالتزام الكامل بالمتطلبات المذكورة أعلاه خلال المهلة المحددة، حيث ستتم إعادة مراجعة وتقييم الموقع بعد انتهاء فترة التصحيح للتحقق من مستوى الالتزام وجودة التحسينات المنفذة.

ونؤكد أن استمرار القصور في المحتوى أو التصميم، أو عدم استكمال المتطلبات خلال المدة المحددة، قد يؤثر على نتيجة التقييم اللاحق واستمرار الخدمات المرتبطة بالموقع.

يرجى التعامل مع هذا الإشعار بأعلى درجة من الأهمية والأولوية والبدء في تنفيذ المتطلبات دون تأخير.

Final Evaluation Result for “Montadak” Website​

Dear Montadak Website Management Team,

Greetings,

Following the completion of the technical and content review process and the final evaluation of your website, we hereby formally notify you that the website has not passed the required final assessment in its current condition.

The evaluation identified several issues related to content quality, publishing practices, section completeness, as well as technical and design-related issues that may negatively affect the visitor experience.

Accordingly, the website management is required to immediately initiate a comprehensive improvement and corrective action plan and fully comply with the following requirements:

1. Improve the overall quality of the website content, ensuring that published materials are original, useful, and specifically produced for the website.
2. Avoid unauthorized copying, duplication, or excessive reproduction of content from third-party websites or external sources, particularly where such content does not provide meaningful additional value to users.
3. Do not use the website primarily for the promotion or marketing of third-party websites at the expense of content quality and user experience.
4. Develop and populate all website sections and ensure that major categories are not left empty, incomplete, or inadequately maintained.
5. Publish a minimum of 20 diverse pieces of content per day for 30 consecutive days, appropriately distributed across the website's various sections and categories, while maintaining acceptable standards of quality, originality, relevance, and user value.
6. Conduct a comprehensive review of the website's design, style, and theme, and correct all visible technical and visual issues affecting visitors, including layout problems, formatting inconsistencies, navigation difficulties, responsiveness, and usability across different devices.
7. Review all internal pages and sections to ensure that there are no incomplete pages, broken links, inconsistent design elements, or other issues that may adversely affect the visitor experience.

Based on the current evaluation result, Google-related services and application services associated with the website will be temporarily suspended, pending completion of the required corrective actions and a subsequent review in accordance with the applicable evaluation procedures.

Corrective Action Deadline​

The website management is granted a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this notice to complete all required improvements and corrective actions.

Full compliance with the above requirements is expected within the specified period. Upon completion of the corrective period, the website will be subject to a new review and evaluation to verify the level of compliance and the quality of the implemented improvements.

Please be advised that failure to adequately address the identified issues, or failure to complete the required improvements within the specified timeframe, may negatively affect the outcome of the subsequent evaluation and the continuation of services associated with the website.

This notice must therefore be treated as a matter of high priority and immediate attention, and the required corrective actions should commence without delay.
